EventHigher Climbing Wall

4 Person Climbing Wall

(suitable from age 5+ Maximum user weight 125kg)

We are beyond excited to have EventHigher join us for our event. Scouting is all about doing, have-a-going and trying-hard. So its fantastic that we can bring you a small taster of one of the many activities Young People can do with us.


This 4 Person Wall is fitted with automatic belay devices to ensure safety, and is supervised by 2 fully qualified members of staff at all times. Up to four people can climb at any one time on routes that can be graded to suit all abilities.

Dave Hunt

Established in 1989, Dave Hunt Leisure has been a market leader in the supply of Inflatables and Children's rides to events and functions in the South, including the operation of the Children's Roundabout in the Montague Centre, Worthing, for 23 years. We think your little ones will really enjoy exploring the range of rides Dave Hunt will be bringing to our event and reaching for the sky on the bouncy castle. Parents & carers can rest assured in Dave Hunt's exemplary safety record.

Villaggio Pizza

Sourdough - our new love. It's very rare to find something that tastes better and is much better for you. Not only is it easier on our insides and more easily digestible than white bread flour, it is less likely to cause a blood sugar spike. Oh yes, and it tastes better!


All Villaggio's pizzas have a tomato and mozzarella sourdough base and are approximately 12 inches. 

Villaggio Pizza adhere to strict hygiene measures at all times, and do not handle the pizza once it has been cooked in their high temperature wood fired oven.

Cloud9 Coffee

Cloud9 Coffee is based in a super-cute converted horsebox trailer. You can usually find it parked along Worthing Promenade near to Heene Road, and we are very excited that they will be joining us for our event. They'll be serving delicious fresh-ground coffee, teas and soft drinks.

You'll more than likely spot at least one of the Jubilee Crew with a coffee in hand all day long!

Saddle and Flute

We are delighted that Saddle and Flute are joining us for our event. From this gorgeous converted horsebox trailer you will be able to enjoy a large selection of locally-sourced to worldwide-treasured dry and flavoured gins, a great selection of standard and flavoured vodkas and a wide range of cocktails - just perfect for a sunny Summer afternoon on the green!

Book A Bar

We're very excited that Book A Bar have agreed to join us for our event. They'll be in a neat, fully contained trailer-bar supplying both Craft & bottled beers, ales, bitter & stouts.
We're looking forward to trying out Wanderlust, and enjoying some usual favourites including; Birra Moretti, Brewdog and Magners.

Stone's Throw Kitchen

Stone's Throw Kitchen are a fairly newly established Vegan business, offering delicious fresh handmade pizzas from a converted horsebox trailer. We're so happy they have agreed to join us for our event! Their plant-based menu includes Pepper-no-ni pizza, fungi-fun pizza and Margheritta pizza using Mozzarisella, sheese, jackfruit, spiced tofu and other ingredients to bring you a delicious plant-based meal.

Hot 'n' Tasty

Hot 'n' Tasty will be joining us on the green with a wide selection of delicious foods for you to enjoy.
They'll be bringing their Burger van from where you'll be able to purchase tasty burgers, hot dogs, fries and more.
They'll also be bringing their Crepes and american-style pancake stall for all those with a sweet-tooth!

Dancing Brush Facepainting

We were thrilled when Shirley at Dancing Brush Facepainting got in touch with us about our event. An event can’t call itself an event without a professional facepainter turning attendees into a plethora of colours. 
Shirley is a superb facepainter, with her Facebook page littered with beautiful hand-painted designs. We really recommend you check her page out and look at her designs in advance of the event - you may have a hard time deciding on the day otherwise!

MR Whippy

The well equipped pink & white MR Whippy van has fully qualified & uniformed staff. They provide only the highest level of premium quality ice creams from Walls and Nestlé.The ice cream van is fully licensed and annually checked by the local council, and has recently achieved the maximum 5 star rating for their food safety and hygiene for another year.This MR Whippy company have worked with some of the biggest companies in the world including; Pepsico, Facebook, Microsoft, Holiday Inn & Virgin Media to name a few.

Northbrook friends of St Barnabas

The Northbrook friends of St Barnabas will be at our event with their Coconut Shy stall to test your throwing accuracy!

St Barnabas support thousands of people in the local area, both at the hospice, in their 20 bed in-patient unit, as well as in individuals’ homes. Their Hospice at Home team provide hands-on care for people at end of life in their homes, and their Community nurses (Community Palliative Care team) provide specialist advice.

Young Enterprise

Azalea are an eco friendly, young enterprise company. The young people behind the company all attend Davison High School. Azalea make seeded occasion cards which can be sent to loved ones in the same way you’d send a standard card. But the beauty of these are that you can actually plant the card in it’s entirety, and enjoy the wildflowers that will grow from the seeds implanted in the card.

Daisy’s 100km Sahara Desert Trek 

This November, Daisy will set out on a very challenging and life-changing trek, all in the name of checking boobs! Daisy is taking on 100km of Morocco's Sahara desert - trekking through Africa’s peaks, gorges, dunes and oases with the sole aim of raising vital funds towards CoppaFeel’s life-saving mission.

CoppaFeel are a charity on a mission to stamp out the late diagnosis of breast cancer by making sure that young people are regularly checking their boobs and getting to know their bodies in order to have the confidence to see their GP if something just doesn't feel normal.

Daisy will be running a raffle to raise funds, talking about how to check yourself, and handing out information leaflets, stickers, badges etc.

Bodhi’s Kitchen 

Bodhi’s Kitchen is a local catering business run by an experienced professional chef and baker. If you’re local to Worthing, you may have sampled items from Bodhi’s Kitchen at Souk, Worthing’s Independent Market, Worthing’s sustainability Market or at other various pop up markets. Bodhi’s Kitchen will be bringing along a selection of savoury and sweet treats, handmade from scratch with the very best locally sourced ingredients. Check out Bodhi’s Kitchen on Facebook for stunning picture examples of what will be available on the day.

Platinum Jubilee memorabilia 

The Jubilee Crew will be running a stall where you can purchase a range of exclusive limited edition Platinum Jubilee memorabilia. These will only be available at the event and are a perfect memento of this historic occasion. Come and see us on the day and take home your own piece of history! The money raised from this stall goes back into Worthing Scouts to continue to fund opportunities and experiences for Worthing's young people now and in the future.

2nd Worthing Scout Group

Some of the leaders from 2nd Worthing will be running a science based stall. Come down and take part in some fun experiments, and gain a glimpse of one of the hundreds of activities young people take part in across Worthing every week.

10th Worthing Scout Group

Make sure you visit 10th Worthing’s stall. You’ll be able to try your hand at some traditional Scouting activities, including pioneering, rope making and box cart demonstrations. These are just a few of the many thousands of activities young people across the World take part in at their meetings, expeditions, camps and activity days.

Little Book Explorers Bookshop

Little Book Explorers will be on the green with a fantastic selection of high quality Usbourne books, puzzles and activities suitable from birth to young adult. As a self-confessed bookworm herself, Rachel from LBEB is a firm believer in encouraging children to explore books from a young age to capture their imaginations, provide a basis for learning about emotions, relationships, sensory experiences and develop a lifelong love for reading. You can browse the collection by clicking the link below.

Handcrafted Bottle Design

Hand decorated bottles and jars made by a small local business. Lots of different sized and shaped bottles will be available, all wrapped and decorated with embellishments and ribbons. The Little Tuck Stop

A group of young people from 10th Worthing Scouts will be taking it in turns to run The Little Tuck Stop. They'll have sweet cones, popcorn cones and other little snacks available. The idea behind this stall is to give them a little taste of running their own business. They will be deciding what to sell, budgeting, thinking about packaging, promotion, sales, setting up their stall and completing simple cash transactions on the day. Any money raised will go towards reducing the cost of summer camp for all the Scouts attending with the group.

Search Four Solitude

Our live band for the event is Search Four Solitude!We’re very excited to welcome them on stage, where they’ll be playing a plethora of cover tracks for you to dance and sing a long to.
Search Four Solitude are a brilliant local band, and cover everything from ABBA, AC/DC, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Florence and the machine, Taylor Swift, The Pointer Sisters, Stereophonics and so many more! 
Search Four Solitude will be on stage between 7pm and 9pm. And then leading us in singing the National Anthem as the Official Platinum Jubilee Beacon is lit at 9.06pm.

DJ JonnyX 

DJ Jonny X will be joining us LIVE on-stage and swapping his usual Trance bangers on the day for some of the biggest hits of the last 70 years. We’re very grateful to him for adjusting his usual sets to fit in with our Jubilee theme. We absolutely LOVE his Sunday night sessions over on Twitch, or alternatively you can watch him on his Facebook page.

Friends of Thomas a Becket Infant School

FABS - or Friends of Thomas a Becket Infant School, are a registered charity, run by parents, caters and teachers, who aim to raise additional funds to support the school and its pupils. 
You’ll find some special Platinum Jubilee themed fun games at their stall, so make sure you stop by and try your hand at winning a prize or two!

Worthing Scouts Recruitment

Do you have a young person interested in joining Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Sea Scouts, Air Scouts, Explorers, Network or being a Young Leader? Do you want to find out more information about groups operating in your area?
THIS is the stall for you. 
Over 1500 young people aged between 4 and 25 years develop Skills for Life every week in Worthing. With more joining every week. Come and speak to us and find out why our groups have been growing in size, and all the amazing things we get up to. 
Leaders from various groups and sections of Worthing Scouts will be taking it in turns to man this stall. They’ll be able to answer any questions or queries you have about getting involved with any part of Scouting. 
And, if you’re looking to add some incredible skills to your CV and have a couple of hours a week (or a month) to spare, we’d love to talk to you about the volunteering opportunities we have. Whether you want to work directly with children in weekly meetings or help with finances, fundraising, admin, operations or governance, there is a role with your name on it. 
You don’t need any previous experience, and you definitely don’t need to be Bear Grylls to make a difference. There’s so many free training courses available, online and face to face, and you’ll be supported along the whole of your volunteering journey.

Serendipity by the sea

Serendipity is a little bit special. Luxurious cream teas, made to order, and delivered straight to you in recyclable packaging.With gluten-free and vegan options, themed childrens’ boxes, grazing boxes, and luxury afternoon teas - including a bottle of Prosecco on top of the delicious cream teas, our mouths are watering already! 
Carla, the lovely lady behind Serendipity, and her family, are relocating from Hertfordshire to our beautiful seaside town in the summer. Keep an eye on her website, for details of when the new shop will be opening in Worthing. 
We are absolutely over the moon to be the first to share Serendipity by the sea with you, and hope you all give Carla a very warm welcome to our community.

Chestnut Tree House

Chestnut Tree House services are there for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions aged from birth to 18th birthday, as well as their siblings and parents. (They also consider pre-birth referrals, and in special circumstances, referrals for young people aged over 17 years old on an individual basis).


They’re able to care for families living in West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and South East Hampshire.


Chestnut Tree House are there to make sure that children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families get all the care and support they need.

They want to make sure that families get to spend as much quality time together as possible. This means providing the best quality care and making sure there’s lots of fun (for the children, young people and adults!) that’s available to them.


Chestnut Tree House will be having a fundraising stall at our event, and we hope you’ll stop by and support them.

Missy & Boo are a lovely small business based in Worthing who handmade every product in their range.You’ll find wax melts, shower fluff, bath dust, bath bombs, lip scrubs, and more in a huge range of tantalising scents. 
Every product has undergone safety assessments to ensure they are fully compliant with the relevant cosmetic product safety legislation and we’re very excited to welcome them to our event.
